Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County is an autonomous county, under the jurisdiction of Kunming, Yunnan Province.It is located in the north-central of Yunnan.The government of Luquan County is situated in the southwest of the territory.The average altitude is 1679m.The average temperature is 15.6 degrees.The major minerals resources of Luquan County are iron,sulfur and phosphorus.It is also the production base of raw goat skin and chestnuts.
