Anning snacks popular in the locality

Anning, which is 32 kilometers away from Kunming in Yunnan province, has the same weather and hospitality custom as Kunming, but it boasts many unknown delicious snacks on the street.

Food stalls that scatter on the streets in Anning mainly sell preserved radishes, rice noodles boiled in earthen pot, baked bean curds, fried potatoes, hot and sour vermicelli, cold rice noodles, cold pea meal, etc. These food snacks have attracted many locals to Anning.

Cold rice noodle rolls

Two stall vendors sell cold rice noodle rolls both in sour, hot taste and in sour, sweet taste outside of a farm market that is located in Bajie Town（八街镇农贸市场）in Anning.

The cold rice noodle roll dish tastes very nice mainly because stall vendors make the rolls by themselves, and add much red pepper oil into the dish.

Stall vendors also put many condiments into the dish for improving its flavor.

Many of Anning’s local people who passed by the dish vendors would stop nearby and buy one bowl of the dish. They like the dish very much.
