Huaping County (华坪县) is located in Lijiang City Prefecture, Yunnan, China. An art exhibition organized by Huaping county’s publicity department opened in Lijiang Museum, Yunnan.net reported. Altogether 91 art works will depict the daily lives of local residents in Huaping county.Among the beautiful places in Huaping, the Guanyinyan hydroelectric power station is one of Huaping’s key construction projects. When artists arrived at the station, they were shocked by the huge construction project. They immediately took out their brushes and drew pictures of the station. It was a hot day and the temperature was about 38 C. The artists spent around four to five hours outdoors.
