Hi Kelly!
I'm sorry for the delay in my reply. In this period we have been very very busy. I was in Rome and Milan for work and after our trip the things to do have increased both at work and at home. But it doesn't matter!

First of all thank you for everything and to all of you. We appreciated your support and your expertise. We have seen your place and above all your ways of life. Tonight i'm not at home, so i can not send you my pictures but everything was very interesting. Special thanks also for the surprise of my birthday....you were very kind!

As suggestion to improve your service:
-restaurants: they were very basic. We enjoyed lunchs in simple places but sometimes provide restaurants most "refined"might be worth, only to  get an idea of the different style of cusines
- overview of festivals: there are several small festivals very interesting in Guizhou, might be useful for you and your future customers to monitor them....we arrived in a village where after 2 days there was a major festival (every 12 years!); if we knew tjat we could have changed the tour to view it  (for example starting from Guilin).

Anyway, we enjoyed. This year we will not return in China because we will go to Japan for a wedding in November (really Fabio will go to Shangahi for business in May, but only for few days).But i' m sure i will contact you in the future for a trip in  Yunnan. What's the best time to visit Yunnan? Let's keep in touch! and send me information from your China.

sorry for late reply - it has been terribly busy week to me. Hope you understand!

So once again I want to say many thanks to you and yunnanadventure team! And special thanks goes to Si-si Sofie for being most memorable guide I have ever met (and I have met with many), and also for helping me with my machete!

I think our expectations to this trip were quite high indeed, still you were able to surprise us and exceed these with comfortable margin. Yes, there were some minor problems - in order to help you to improve your service, I´ll describe them in my next e-mail, which I´ll send to you as soon, as I get pictures from Rainer.
Suppose this will happen somewhere in next week or two. Hope it is OK to you.

Hi Lydia,

We had a wonderful trip in Yunnan. You arranged for us to see the best places, with knowledgeable guides, who spoke English very well. They were there to guide us, but their friendliness and willingness to help us was more than we expected. They always picked good local restaurants and ordered the food we like . The hotels were great - really a memorable trip!   Even the driver, who only spoke Chinese was very friendly and polite, and a very good and safe driver. And, they all helped with my chinese :)
