1. We are very satisfied with your help and assistance shown throughout the planning of our trip. You responded quickly whenever we had a question and did an excellent job adapting the tour to our desires (scheduling an extra day in Kunming and Xiamen). You were also very accessible for additional questions we had during our trip. The five tour guides you arranged at each location were very friendly, competent and knowledgeable.
2. Overall, we felt the tour was very well arranged and allowed us to see everything that we wanted to. The flight connections went smoothly and our guides always made sure we were at the airport (or train station) on time. We did not enjoy the tour of the long flight from Philiphines but I did very much so there will always be different opinions of the various activities during the trip. On a separate note, Anna, our guide in Kunming, was extremely patient with Alger(our company leader) when became a little tired and crabby during our walk through the park one of the days. I really appreciated that!
We, especial our company leaders had a wonderful time seeing parts of your beautiful country and would highly recommend you and Yunnan Exploration Travel to any of our friends that might decide to visit Yunnan and China in the future.
