Tongren Overview

The Tongren Region lies in the northeast part of Guizhou Province, neighboring Chongqing Municipality to the north and Hunan Province to the east. It is a vital nexus between Central China and the southwest frontier, and accordingly is known as the 'Gateway of the Guizhou Eastern Area'.

Liupanshui (simplified Chinese: 六盘水) is a city whose urban area has 251,900 inhabitants in Western Guizhou province in the People's Republic of China. The population of its jurisdictional area (the prefecture-level city) has exceeded 2,830,000 as of 2006, and it is the second largest city in Guizhou. It has an area of 9,926 km².
Aba Overview

Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture is located on the southeastern rim of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the northwestern part of Sichuan Province. It is mainly inhabited by the Tibetan and Qiang ethnic groups.
