"Zhuan Mo Na" (馔谟哪)is from Dai language, which means patrolling in the fields. Zhuan Mo Na Festival is an annual traditional festival celebrated by Dai people who lives in Qimaba Villiage of Lvchun County.

The ritual activity is focused on sacrificing to the “god of field” with pigs and chickens. On the day, all the villagers get up as early as the first sun beam drops into the Dai village, they will all be dressed up and get together at the center of the village. With a bowl of wine in hands, the singers are going to sing a song to welcome the spring, and the rest villagers will dance with the drumbeat. The entire village will be an extreme joyful world.
People will sing and dance till the noon, and then the field patrolling will be started with eight young boys holding colorful flags to lead the road to the fields, followed by a group of people blowing the horns, beating the drums, and squibbing firecrackers all the way to the fields, to implies a happy new year and good harvest.
