Qujing, the capital of Qujing Region, is a fast developing city 160 kilometers from Kunming. The major tourist attraction in the area is Tiansheng Cave, originally called Xianren Cave (Fairy Cave). It is a 1,560-meter deep labyrinth of stalactites housed in a "3-storey" cave. The mouth of the cave is just big enough to let a person walk in.
