Geographical Location
Wuhua District is located in the northwest of Kunming, and Golden Road in the south,bordering Xishan district in the west.Northwest borders Fuming and Songming counties.There are two enclaves in the territory of Fuming County. A total area of 381.6 square kilometers, of which built area of 40.86 square kilometers.
Introduction
Wuhua District is under the jurisdiction of Kunming, Yunnan Province. It is one of Kunming five urban core cities,which get its name from Wuhua Mountain.Lots of universities and research institutes concentrate in Wuhua District,which is known as "cultural district".Wuhua District is the political, economic, educational and cultural center in Yunnan. The total area of Wuhua District is 381.6 square kilometers,10 street offices under its jurisdiction.
