Liming Overview

地理位置：

黎明乡位于丽江县西北部，东邻仁和乡，南接兰坪县，西与鲁甸乡相连，北与金庄乡为界，总面积547.9平方公里。乡政府所在地黎明村离县城120公里，海拔2180米。

介绍：

黎明乡"丹霞地貌"面积已约在250平方公里，占该乡总面积的50%。当地村民对自然丹霞景观命名的就有40多个:千龟山、将军柱、大佛崖、摩天岭、驼峰山、情人柱、七人石等。经专家对全国丹霞地貌分布区进行实地考察后认为，丽江县黎明乡是目前国内面积最大的"丹霞地貌"带，从相对高差、绝对高度以及壮观程度、色彩绚丽程度均属全国之首。

行政区域划分：

乡辖黎明、黎光、堆美、美乐4个村(居)委会，78个村民小组。

民族：

黎明乡是云南丽江市玉龙县惟一的一个傈僳族乡，辖区内民族文化丰富多样，黎明乡党委、政府高度重视民族文化建设，提出了"建设民族文化强乡"的发展思路。

纳西族590人，汉族692人，白族80人，傈僳族6365人，藏族1人，彝族213人，其他民族80人。

Shuhe Overview

Shuhe Ancient Town is the earliest habitation of the Naxi ancestors. It is also an important and well-preserved post of the Ancient Tea Horse Route, an international trade route in Southwest China that uses the horse as its main vehicle.
