Cheng Hai whitebait, introduced in 1990, tender meat, milky unarmed, high protein with low fat, also contains many trace elements and calcium, is high nutritional value fish. Chenghai Lake is subtropical type climate, with an average temperature of 18.7 ℃, annual frost; alkaline water quality, adequate light, suitable for fish growth. Cheng Hai whitebait annual output of around 900 tons which has become a major export of local specialty of Yongsheng .
