Naxi Hotpot is a special dish in Lijiang ,this means we use the hotpot to boil the food.Hotpot is made of copper ,beautifully-designed ,it`s a very popular ware of Naxi people.Naxi hotpot is the best food when they treat the guest and picnic in cold winter.Ingredients are mainly ribs ,lean meat ,crispy meat ,photato,soybean sprout ,arrowhead ,red raddish ,taro,carrot ,toufu ,ginger ,put them into the hotpot in layer ,Amomum tsao-ko etc.The process is as following :first put the photato,arrowhead ,carrot ,Taro into the hotpot ,last ,put the rib and rib soup ,light the fire and cook them to ripe.Then put the sheet jelly ,toufu,Slice of lean meat ,etc ,braised for 15 minutes then we can eat .
