Day Hike to Abujee:
A beautiful mountain known to very few people. The trek follows a crystal stream to this huge stone mountain; we pass by 2 Tibetan pastures on the way and hike up to the hill next to the mountain and lake on top of it.

Drive to Tacheng after breakfast (3hours)
Leisure walk in the afternoon : Follow the paths link different Tibetan and Naxi villages through beautiful rice fields and vine yards. Climb up to a small hill for a bird view of the villages with charming black roof tops and surrounding area.

Visit Yunnan Golden Monkey Nationsl park, take an easy hike of 1-2 hours to the south end of Baima Snow Mountains and part of the ancient Tea and Horse Road.
Trek to Bazhu village if time allows (4hours).
Drive to Benzilan

Village day Hike: We will hike for about 3 hours uphill (wide mountain road) to visit several pristine Tibetan villages and have a stunning view of Yangtze River valley. we then follow the mountain paths to different villages and back after a picnic lunch. Visit local families.

Dongzhulin Monastery |
Drive to Songtsam Meili after breakfast, visit Dongzhulin Monastery on the way (balanced on a steep cliff, it’s a breath taking view)
Arrive at Meili Lodge, relax or take an easy mountain walk for about 1-2 hours

Day hike for about 8 hours with a 3 hours up hill. It could be difficult given the high altitude.
