Ximahe Park is 1 km east of Simao District of Pu'er City. Behind it is a mountain overgrown with lush pine forests, and tea plantations on undulating hills in the front. The park is a scenic spot highlighted by the Ximahe River Reservoir. It is said that during the Three Kingdoms period (3rd century), Mr Zhuge Liang (181-234) who was the prime minister of the Shu State (221-263) once washed war horses in the river on the southern expedition; the statue of him and some historical persons, and several clay horse sculptures have been set in the park.
