Arrive Lijiang ,our guide and driver will pick you up in the airport then transfer to the hotel .
You`ll visit Lijiang Ancient Town.The town has a history going back more than 1,000 years and was once a confluence for trade along the "Old Tea Horse Caravan Trail". The Dayan Old town is famous for its orderly system of waterways and bridges, a system fast becoming but a memory as the underground water table drops, probably due to over-building in the suburban areas.

Today students will communicate with local school ,we will divide the students into several groups ,each of of group  will join in different classes,
student will sing the songs of each country ,exchange the different culture ,also dance together .

In the morning  ,students will join in the class of local school ,then the foreign students will donate the gifts (stationery etc) to the local students.

In the afternoon ,foreign students will help the local people to pain the wall ,fix the desk and chairs,join in the farm to do farming together with 

local people.

Drive to Tiger Leaping Gorge Town (Qiaotou Town/2h).

Tiger Leaping Gorge (HuTiaoXia): A contender for the world's deepest river canyon. Around 15 km in length, the gorge is located where the river passes between 5,596m Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and 5,396m Haba Snow Mountain in a series of rapids under steep 2000 meter cliffs. Legend says that in order to escape from a hunter, a tiger jumped across the river at the narrowest point (still 25 meters wide), hence the name.

Start hiking at the Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge, and then reach the Naxi Family Guesthouse where you’d have lunch. (2h)

Keep hiking up through the 28-Bend, which is the hardest part of this trail, and then reach the Tea Horse Guesthouse where you’d stay overnight. (3h)

Star off at 9 AM.

Hike through the flat trail, and then reach the Halfway Guesthouse (2,500m/2h).

Relax at the terrace, touching the clouds and closely looking up at the majestic Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (5,596m). (1.5h)

Keep hiking, you will see Guanyin waterfall on the way. (1h)

Finally reach the Tina’s Guesthouse, where you can have lunch and enjoy the Middle Tiger Leaping Gorge. (1h)

Drive from Tiger Leaping Gorge to Lijiang .

you`ll first visit Black dragon pool and Dongba Museum, to explore the rich Naxi minority culture
 
Then you`ll head to Lijiang old town and visit Mu`s palace and Wangu tower.
--Lijiang Old Town has a history more than 800 years; it was listed as the World Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO 1997. Here you will see the wonderful wooden architecture of Naxi ethnic people.
 
--The Mu’s Residence is the former residence of the Tusi Mu in Lijiang. Tusi is a kind of official position in Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties that leaders of minority ethnic groups were appointed hereditarily by emperors of the time.
 
Throughout its long history, a large amount of the original buildings were damaged during the wars. Luckily, after an earthquake in 1996, the World Bank recognized the value of the Mu’s Residence and made a heavy loan for its restoration. With craftsmen’s careful design and construction, the Mu’s Residence reappears in the world as if a phoenix reborn from the ashes.
