Meet your Liijiang local tour guide at Lijiang Sanyi Airport or Lijiang Railway Station. 

If your time permits,you will head for Black Dragon Pool Park and the Naxi Dongba Culture Museum where you can learn Naxi pictograph character and explore the rich Naxi minority culture in the museum. In the late afternoon, wander leisurely in Lijiang Ancient Town - a well-preserved old city of ethnic minorities with brilliant culture.

Check in hotel after dinner.

After breakfast at Lijiang hotel,you will transfer to Shaxi Old Town by coach. Visit to Shibaoshan Mountain on the way to learn about the Karst topograph there. Do around 3 hours hiking at this mountain. Then drive 50 minutes to Shaxi Old Town. Stroll around the only remaning old town on Tea&Horse Trail.

ShibaoShan Mountain-the most prominent sight at ShibaoShan is the Stone Bell Temple with its 139, well preserved stone carvings. These magnificent stone carvings date as far back as 1300 years to the once powerful Nanzhao Kingdom during the Tang Dynasty (618-907).Explore the ancient temple complex including Baoxiang Temple, Haiyun Temple, Shizhong Temple and the Ancient Grottoes. If you are lucky enough, you also can see a lot of wild monkey group around Baoxiang Temple.

After breakfast,head for local Bai people's home,divide students into few groups to different families and arrange a homestay today. The host would arrange the kind of farm work for students according to the host daily task.Such as plow soil on Spring,rice transplanting on Spring,pick up pigweed on Summer,get pine needles on Winter etc.

Today,we will arrange a students' communication with Shaxi Primary School close to Shaxi Ancient Town. There are few minorities from the remote countryside,interacting with local students and teachers.

After breakfast at Shaxi Town,you will be transfer to Dali airport or Kunming airport. End the tour.
