Geographical Location

Baoshan City is located in nujiang mountain tail gaoligongshan mountain range , mounted between the lancang river, nujiang river . longitude 98 43 '~ 99 26', latitude 24 46 '~ 25 38'. dali prefecture yunlong junction , west of the provincial capital of kunming, 593 km west from the burma border 279 kilometers, the entire territory west width of 78 km, 96 km long from north to south , the region covers a total area of 5011 square kilometers, of which the mountains , mid total area of 92.6%. It is nearly 500 kilometers from Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan Province. Baoshan lies in the south end of the Hengduan Mountains with more than ninety percent of its territory occupied by medium mountain and quasi-mountain areas. Another over seven percent is plateau plains and basins.

Introduction

Baoshan city belongs to Baoshan, Yunnan, which covers an area of 5011 square kilometers.
