A memo was bilaterally singed by Kunming Tourism Bureau (KMTB) and the Commerce & Tourism Promotion Bureau of Dubai (DBCTPB) early this February when direct flights were initiated between the two. Kunming has been chosen as the 2nd station for Dubai’s itinerant tour exhibition in China; and on Oct 13th, the two parties carried out exchanges and negotiations on tour cooperation in Green Lake Hotel Kunming.
Mr. Naif Ibrahim Rushing, the Chairman of DBCTPB Asia-Pacific market, led the promotion delegation that included Dubai’s 49 enterprises such as UAE (United Arab Emirates) Airline, Jumeirah Hotels Group, and UAE’s biggest travel organizer etc., and 60 other Dubai entrepreneurs and investors also joined. The counterpart Kunming also organized its 58 relevant firms to take part in the event.
