Paoluda is the special dessert in Dehong, Yunnan, which is a kind of cold drink for Dai people. Others also say it is a cooler from Thailand. It is always popular during all the seasons besides freezing winter.
Some sago, condensed milk, special-baked bread, fresh shredded coconut, ice and water make into a bottle of Paoluda, whose delicious odor would greet the eater. The best part of it is the bread bathing in the creamy ice water, which tastes as crispy as sweet. In a crystal bottle, there present a-little-burnt bread pieces, on which is the fresh shredded coconuts. On the bottom, there flows the milky ice water, which contributes to a colorful picture!
