The culinary art of Jingpo minority has so far enjoyed a long history. Varied, it originates from the long-term
productive practices and exclusive wisdom of Jingpo people. As the highlight, the Green Banquet appeals much to outsiders as a traditional meal that is brought forth by Jingpo culinary art.
