"He had only trained two or three times by the time we played against Elche. He also trained that day and all the days through to today. And after all this work the only thing left for him is to play a game. He is in condition to play. I have talked to him and he has been summoned (to the squad). It is difficult to answer because when you talk about him (Lionel Messi) anything is possible. I remember when you guys were alarmed because he wasn’t scoring a lot and suddenly against Ajax he scored three times in ninety minutes. So making a definitive judgement about him is always tricky."
