AirAsia markets 320-yuan flights between Kunming-Bangkok

The AirAsia has started to sell 30,000 single-trip flight tickets from Kunming to Bangkok at the price of 320 yuan from November 15 to August 5 next year, celebrating the successful launch of this roundtrip airlines.

According to the AirAsia, its Thai subsidiary will use airbus A320 aircraft that contains 180 seats to fly with the airline, 2.45 hours for each trip.

Every day in the morning at 9 a.m., an AirAsia Flight No. FD2582 will take off from Bangkok, and may arrive in Kunming at 12:30 p.m.. And every day in the noon at 1:20 p.m., Flight No. FD2583 will take off from Kunming, and may arrive in Bangkok at 2:50 p.m..

Besides, the price for round trips and 3 nights living in luxury hotels of Bangkok cost 1,100 yuan per person. Passengers can book tickets online.

Compared to flight data shown on Ctrip net, the cheapest air ticket on September 11 for a flight from Kunming to Bangkok is 1,280 yuan, provided by Thai Airways International company. But the air ticket price of the same airline from the AirAsia is 320 yuan since November, which may seem very attractive to passengers.

Yesterday morning(September 10), AirAsia, which has been crowned as the best low-cost airline by the World Airline Awards for 5 years, announced in Kunming that a new airline from Kunming to Bangkok will be officially open from November 15.
