Kunming-Wuding Expressway

Kunming-Wuding Expressway, in length of 63.58 kilometers, was opened on October 26 this year. The expressway connects Yongren-Wuding Expressway with the Second Ring Road of Kunming.

After its open, driving from Kunming to Panzhihua only takes 3 hours. The 300 kilometers' route charges about 147 yuan for toll.

Square dance

This year sees a popularity of square dance all around the country. As a hot spot in the public, square dance has triggered a lot of controversies.

Square dancers, especially the aged group, consider square dance a healthy way to kill time. They are used to dancing in public places early in mornings or late at nights. While those young and middle aged people who long for quiet rests, have been provoked for feeling disturbed.

The controversy gave rise to several extreme events this year. For instance, a group of square dancers were splashed with faces by upstairs residents in Wuhan on October 28.
