Buying agents of Thai makeup spring up in Kunming

Some purchasing agents of Thai cosmetics such as Greentouch and pasjel Preclous Skin are getting booming in Kunming.

Yan, an owner of a fashion boutique in Jianshe Road introduced, "Greentouch is known by more people recently. This brand boasts its plants’ nature. It becomes a word of mouth after some people tried it. I think it is good, thus I start to promote the product."

A customer in Yan’s boutique said: "I use some Thai cosmetics. I also like Mistine BB scream and boots no7."

Fang Yun(方芸), an associate researcher in Research Institution of Southeast Asia in Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences, introduced that the exhibition of commodities from GMS countries has boosted the Thai makeup market in Kunming.

Fang said: "The makeup imported from Thailand used to impress costumers with handmade soaps. After the successful promotion in the market of Europe and America, Thai cosmetics aim at Chinese market now. According to a market survey last year, more people are choosing purely natural products for skin care. While, the Thai makeup just accords with the market demands."
