Late at night on December 31, a spectacular rock music show was performed in Kundu, the most bustling place in Kunming, attracting lots of music amateurs to ring in the new year together.
Rock bands, namely the Gramophone, the Neuville, and Huang Jiaqiang presented a great rock feast in the last hours of 2013, and counted down to 2014 with the audience at midnight.
Neuville's performance pushed the atmosphere on site into a new climax. Neuville is a foreign rock band who made a name for itself in Kunming. The band has participated in many rock music festivals and shows in Kunming, including the 500 Kilometers City Music Festival held at the World Horticultural Expo Garden on Christmas Eve last week.
Eddy Kneefel, the lead singer and guitarist of the band, a Netherlander, expressed best wishes in Chinese for the brand new 2014 to all the audience.
